Location

The accommodation is ideally suitable for students enrolled in Monash University Caulfield & Clayton campuses. It is almost On Campus - on the opposite side of Caulfield race-course, within a 10 minute walk to the Caulfield campus. Please click link to see Map (location marked with red flag A)

All civic amenities are in close proximity. Tram, train & bus services are at a 2 minute walking distance. Super-market/grocery chain, post-office, banks and medical centres are practically next door. Train to the city takes only 17 minutes.

Accommodation Style

We are not dormitory style university accommodation. Our mission is to provide our residents a truly enriching experience whereby they can live and interact with the local families and students belonging to different ethnic backgrounds.

Our accommodations are therefore normal suburban high quality houses. We run multiple houses.  Each house accommodates between 4 to 5 people - the numbers as that of a typical family home. The small numbers allow for lavish floor space per resident. Quality is paramount to us - both in the furnishings and in our attitude to provide service. If you require anything we have not thought of, we will provide it.

We even manage discipline by providing a framework of house rules & policies. It makes the difference; and our residents love it. To the parents, it gives a peace of mind. To our residents, it allows them to focus on their prime objective - academics.
